PAYMENT

In my shop you can see all the yarns and kits I have available. There is a shopping cart and after collecting all the items you want, you can choose the method of payment.
If you live outside Finland, you can pay with credit card through Paypal. I will send you the items after I recieve your payment.
If I haven't recieved your payment within 5 days, I will cancel the order and the items return to the store.

 If you live in Eu and your currency is Euro you can also pay directly to our bank account, I will send you our IBAN number by Email and you can pay your purchases and the shipping directly to our bank account.

 Cash on delivery (postiennakko) works only in Finland and costs extra 3.65€. 

SHIPPING

Due to the very slow delivery in Economy mail especially to Germany in the summer, I will now send to Europe parcels lighter than 1,7kg in Priority Mail and parcels heavier than 1,7kg in Economy Mail. If you want also them in Priority Mail (or if you want Economy Mail for lighter parcels), please tell me and I will send you an extra invoice for the bigger cost. Priority Mail to Europe takes usually about one week, Economy mail 2-3 weeks, and in holiday time even longer.

Outside Europe (United States and Canada) I will use Economy mail, which is the cheapest, even if a little slow, to the US usually about 3 weeks. If you want them in Priority, which is about twice the cost of Economy mail, please tell me, and I will send you another invoice.

In Economy mail there is no tracking number, but so far no parcel has been lost in the mail.

We send products three times  a week, so your purchase leaves usually within 2-3 days. I will send you an Email when your items are sent.
I try to answer to Emails as soon as possible, but if you haven't gotten an answer in two days, please send another one, something must have gone wrong.

We try our best so that the colors look real in our calibrated monitor, but please remember, that each monitor might show colors differently. When you look at our site in your monitor, the edges  should be neutral grey. If there is any other shade, then also the same shade is in the pictures of yarns.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it within 14 days and we will refund your money minus shipping. The products must be returned in original condition and unused. Please Email me if you are not happy.
