HOW TO ORDER
In my shop you can see all the yarns and kits I have available. I will add new yarns often, so please check in often. There is a shopping cart and after collecting all the items you want, you can choose the method of payment.
If you want to pay with credit card, choose Paypal and you will be directed to Paypal site, where you can pay securely with credit card. I will send you the items after I recieve your payment.
If I haven't recieved your payment within 5 days, the items return to the store.
If you live in Eu you can also pay directly to our bank account, I will send you our IBAN number by Email and you can pay your purchases and the shipping directly to our bank account.
I will send you the items after I have recieved the payment for them and for the shipping. We send products twice a week, so your purchase leaves usually within 2-3 days. I will send you an Email when your items are sent.
I try to answer to Emails as soon as possible, but if you haven't gotten an answer in two days, please send another one, something must have gone wrong.
We try our best so that the colors look real in our calibrated monitor, but please remember, that each monitor might show colors differently. When you look at our site in your monitor, the edges should be neutral grey. If there is any other shade, then also the same shade is in the pictures of yarns.
If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it within 14 days and we will refund your money minus shipping. The products must be returned in original condition and unused. Please Email me if you are not happy.
PRIVACY NOTICE
Your personal information is safe with us, we will not give it to a third party and it is used only for the customer service in order to process your order. Payments via Paypal are very safe and we will not get any of your credit card information from them.
SHIPPING
The shopping cart in my shop adds the shipping cost to your order.
For orders bigger than 5 kits or over 1,3kg yarn, I'll email you the real shipping cost.
I will send the parcels in Economy mail, which is the cheapest, even if a little slow, to the US usually about 3 weeks and to the EU one to two weeks. If you want them in Priority, which is about twice the cost of Economy mail, please tell me.
The shipping prices in Economy Mail are:

2-3 mitten kits 10,35€
Yarn less than 200grams 4,00€
Yarn less than 400grams 6,50€
Yarn less than 850grams 10,35€
To the U.S.A. and Canada:
One mitten kit 8,50€
2-3 mitten kits 13,10€
Yarn less than 200grams 6.00€
Yarn less than 400grams 8,50€
Yarn less than 850grams 13,10€
For bigger amounts, each parcel must be considered separately, because Finnish mail charges by volume and the prices are difficult to estimate beforehand. We try to pack them as small as possible to save you in shipping costs.
In Economy mail there is no tracking number, but so far no parcel has been lost in the mail.
